We need an answer to that!

Hello!
This time, a message on our own behalf.
We started a YouTube channel about three months ago and had very humble beginnings, as probably many content creators do.
In early/mid-July, views of our content exploded by our standards, and we gained followers. Then, a few days later, within a few hours, views dropped almost completely by over 90 percent.
We suspected a lull in the topic. Yesterday, we learned from a well-known journalist we once helped with a matter that some of our videos are apparently subject to an investigation by a government agency.

“You really p!ssed all over the … with your videos!”

We do not want to name the source or the agency at this point.
However, the source is reliable.
Since our channel does not contain any legal violations, including copyright violations, the channel still exists. However, it is as good as dead.
YouTube no longer delivers any videos. You can only find them by directly selecting the title or accessing them via the channel content.
Why was this abrupt shutdown made during a phase when the channel was developing well? Viewer engagement, traffic, impressions, followers…everything was going up, and then, out of nowhere, it shut down!

Could this really be because our content is being reviewed, or is it about to be completely deleted? Has anyone had similar experiences?

Update:This came in from X today, July 23rd. A coincidence?
